Smile-a-Mile
Birmingham, Alabama
Childhood cancer is a difficult journey, so the Diamonds Direct partnership with Smile-A-Mile aims to lighten the burden on families. For more than 35 years, Smile-A-Mile has provided hope and healing for Alabama children and their loved ones through camps, retreats, and intentional programming.The Birmingham team supports Smile-A-Mile’s largest annual fundraiser, the Red Nose Ball, through our signature champagne raffle. During cocktail hour, 100 glasses of champagne are sold for $100 each, with the winner taking home a Diamonds Direct piece valued at over $5,000. Since 2017, Diamonds Direct has helped raise $10,000 annually for countless local patients.
The Carolina Hurricanes Foundation
Raleigh, North Carolina
As the official jeweler of the NHL team, Diamonds Direct has held an annual partnership with the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation for well over a decade. This partnership supplies crucial funding to children’s nonprofits focused on health, education, and youth hockey in underserved Raleigh communities.Each year, Diamonds Direct collaborates with the nonprofit’s premier fundraiser, the Canes Bash. The 2026 event, “Mad Hatty Canes Gala,” featured Hurricanes players, coaches, and staff, live entertainment, and a raffle for a pair of $5,600 Henri Daussi diamond stud earrings—culminating in nearly $8,000 raised in support of children’s nonprofits across the state.
Make-A-Wish
Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina
Since 2021, Diamonds Direct’s support for Make-A-Wish South Carolina has blossomed from assisting with the nonprofit’s signature events and hosting Wish Celebrations in the showrooms to celebrating the many women inspiring strength and hope for Wish kids through the W.I.S.H. Society program. The partnership helps transform the lives of South Carolina children battling a critical illness through hope, strength, and joy.Diamonds Direct has granted over four life-changing wishes for local children, each averaging around $7,500. Because of these charitable investments, Diamonds Direct has also become a key part of the local showroom culture—crafting a legacy of community spirit and pride for the retailer’s consumers and Make-A-Wish families.
